Sunset in New York
View of Lower Manhattan, taken from Brooklyn Bridge Park, with some old pier posts to point the way.
Mesa Arch
As the sun rises over Canyonlands, it causes the underside of Mesa Arch to glow bright orange - well worth the long drive and hike in the dark to witness!
Palace of Fine Arts at night

Antelope Canyon is full of secrets and surprises. You have to tilt your head (or camera) on one side to see this shape.
Manhattan Sunrise

Double Arch
It's mind-boggling to consider that these arches are what's left when millions of years of water erosion have eaten away at a solid mass of rock!
Monument Valley after sunset
A last vehicle on the trail slowly drives past the famous Mittens in the afterglow of sunset
Forrest Gump Point
This is the spot where Forrest Gump stopped running, just outside Monument Valley
The sands of time
The slot canyons in the Navajo Nation are eerie and ethereal
